Landsdowne Rangers produced a reasonable performance against league leaders Shoebury but still found themselves on the receiving end of a heavy defeat.
The match was an evenly contested affair with both sides creating chances, however it was Shoebury who scored the goals, the first an own goal by Paul Bush.
Landsdowne failed to find the net on several occasions.
In comparison Shoebury had no problems converting their opportunities and the clinical finishing of the home side's players was the difference on the day.
Landsdowne now look to next week's rearranged double-header against Chronicles in their battle to avoid the drop.
